• We process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
• You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Free Shipping: via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship globally except to:

• Certain remote areas in Asia and other regions
• Countries under U.S. trade embargoes

Customers are responsible for confirming their location is serviceable before ordering.

4.3 Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or appears lost:

• Contact the carrier first using your tracking number

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided:

• Items are unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is intact with all tags/protective coverings
• Proof of purchase is provided

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, these cannot be returned:

• Outdoor Candles (once removed from packaging)
• Patio Heaters (due to gas components)
• All opened food service items

To initiate a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your return:

• Issued to the original payment method
• Credit card/PayPal refunds take 5-10 business days to appear

• Logos and branding
